Meet Jeanne Marie

I’m Jeanne Marie Blodi, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and Functional Nutrition Counselor. My work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins when we slow down, listen deeply, and honor the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

I take an intuitive, compassionate approach, creating space for my clients to share their health history, wellness goals, and even life events that may have shaped their current state of health. Together, we uncover the “why” behind their challenges and their motivation for change.

My goal is to empower clients to make sustainable lifestyle choices that feel nourishing—not restrictive. Using motivational interviewing, I guide clients toward clarity, resilience, and positivity, helping them embrace changes without feeling deprived.

I often use a food-as-medicine approach because food truly has the power to restore balance and vitality. Whether it’s reimagining daily meals or introducing gentle lifestyle shifts, I believe in practical, enjoyable steps that align with each person’s unique needs.

 

At the heart of my work is the desire to help you feel confident, supported, and inspired on your path to lasting wellness.

Wellness Coaching

Coaching sessions can be conducted in-person in Monmouth County, New Jersey or virtually via Zoom.

All coaching options require you to complete a comprehensive intake form that I need at least 24 hours in advance of our first meeting.

 

I am comfortable with contact in between sessions, and provide education and support throughout our session period.

60 Minute Foundational Session (1 session)

During the session we dig deep into your health history to discover antecedents and triggers that might be having an impact on your current state of health and then discuss strategies to move forward to create change that aligns with your wellness goals.

 

This is designed for the client who is a motivated, self starter, looking for inspiration and is ready to leap into new lifestyle habits!

Ongoing Coaching Sessions (3 sessions)

These sessions include one 60 minute foundational session, followed by two 45 minute sessions, typically completed in a time period of 3-6 weeks.

This is designed for the client that is already a bit experienced with some interventions and just needs an updated plan and a couple of check ins to restart their journey.

Ongoing Coaching Sessions (5 sessions)

These sessions include one (1) 60 minute foundational session, followed by four (4) 45 minute sessions, typically completed in a time period of 6-12 weeks.

This is designed for the client that is already a bit experienced with some interventions and just needs an updated plan and a couple of check ins to restart their journey.

Most clients renew the 5 sessions to continue regular meetings or come back for one foundational session every 6 months or so.
